Hot Stone Treatment : The therapist will use stone and ceramic tools to heat the full body in order to ease the limbic system and jump start the relaxation process as well as focusing heat acutely into areas of tension as needed.

Cedar-Sage Scalp Treatment: 15-minute add on at the end of the session to focus on head, neck, and scalp massage using Aesop cedar-sage scalp oil.

All sessions receive complementary aromatherapy
